100 g squash
1 tsp vanilla courgettes (ou quelque drop of vanilla extract)
100 g partially scremato formaggio fresco (preferably macinato)
80 ml vegetable oil
120 g of 00 flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
a pinch of salt
(optional) the zest of half a lemon
Preparation:In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until fluffy and light.
Add the cream cheese and oil, then mix well (with a whisk or an electric mixer).
