In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, stirring until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a buttered springform pan (e.g. a 20 cm springform pan or a loaf pan).
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom) for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

You can store the mixture for up to 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature.
