Ingredients (for about 12 cigars):
12 sheets of pastry dough
300 g peeled prawns (raw or cooked)
2 cloves garlic, very finely chopped
2 tbsp. tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. tablespoon chopped chives (optional)
1 tbsp. teaspoon sweet paprika or sweet chilli
1 tbsp. tablespoon lemon juice
2 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Melted butter or oil for brushing
