Crispy cigars with shrimp and garlic

Preparation:
1. Prepare the stuffing:
Roughly chop the shrimp into small pieces.
In a frying pan, heat the olive oil. Fry the garlic for a few seconds until fragrant (without burning it).
Add the chopped shrimp, paprika, salt, pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes (the shrimp should be just cooked).
Off the heat, add the parsley, chives and lemon juice. Mix well and let cool.
2. Former les cigares :
Take a sheet of brick pastry and cut it in half if it is very large.
Place a spoonful of shrimp stuffing on one end.
Fold the sides inwards and then roll tightly to form a nice cigar.
Seal with a little melted butter or water.
3. Cooking:
Brush cigars with melted butter or oil.
(Optional) Sprinkle with sesame seeds for an even prettier look.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake: 200°C (fan) for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Or frying: fry them quickly in hot oil until golden brown.
Gourmet advice:
Serve these cigars hot with a small sauce made from yogurt, lemon and chives, or a spicy sauce for those who like!
You can add a little grated cheese (such as mozzarella) to the filling for more fondan
