Ingredients
For the marinated beef
• 600 g ground beef
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
For the gratin
sauce • 800 g hard-fleshed potatoes (such as Charlotte or Amandine)
• 400 ml whipping cream
• 1 yellow onion
• 150 g grated cheese (Emmentaler and mozzarella mix)
• Pinch of nutmeg
• Butter for frying
