Ingredients
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs,
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter,
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened,
1 cup granulated sugar,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
3 large eggs,
1 cup heavy cream,
1/4 cup all-purpose
flour, 1/2 cup milk
, 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips,
1/4 cup heavy cream (for the ganache)
Preheat
the oven to 163°C.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 23cm spring-loaded tin to form the bottom.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla extract and continue beating until well combined.
