Instructions :Blend 3 cans of cream, 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk, and 2 packets of passion fruit juice powder (or your favorite flavor) in a blender.
Blend for about 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour the cream into a glass bowl and spread it evenly.
In a separate bowl, melt 200g of chopped dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave (stir every 30 seconds to prevent burning).

Mix a carton of crème fraîche with the melted chocolate until you get a smooth and shiny ganache.
Pour the ganache over the dessert and put it in the fridge for at least an hour to set.
