Salted caramel is a real passion.

Ingredients:

200 grams of sugar.

20 cl of liquid cream, 100 g of semi-salted butter OR 100 g of unsalted butter + 2 generous pinches of salt,
1 teaspoon of liquid cream

In a small saucepan, melt the sugar over very low heat. This step may take some time, so be patient.
Meanwhile, heat the liquid cream. Once the sugar is completely dissolved and caramelized, remove the pan from the heat and add the hot cream.
