Roasted scallops and shrimp

Ingredients (4 servings):
• 12 large mussels
• 200 g peeled pink prawns
• 2 shallots
• 250 ml whipping cream
• 100 ml dry white wine
• 40 g butter
• 1 flat tablespoon flour
• 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs (or Parmesan cheese for extra flavour)
• A few sprigs of parsley or chives
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
