Ingredients:
For the base:
• 250 g chocolate biscuits (such as Oreo without cream)
• 100 g melted butter
For the cream:
• 400 g sweetened condensed milk
• 200 ml liquid
cream • 150 ml passion fruit juice (without seeds)
• 3 egg yolks
For the passion fruit coulis:
• 150 ml passion fruit pulp (with seeds)
• 50 g sugar
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch (diluted in 2 tablespoons water)
