Potatoes Ingredients:
Ingredient Quantity
Red potatoes 4 large, peeled and thinly sliced

Heavy cream 1 cup
Whole milk 1/2 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
Gruyere cheese, grated 1/2 cup
Garlic 2 cloves, chopped
Unsalted butter 2 tablespoons
Dried thyme 1 teaspoon
Salt and black pepper To taste
Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
