Then add the cut fruit and mix gently to distribute them well.

Pour the mixture into a large mould or several individual ramekins (about 1.5 L in total).

Let cool at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.

Then place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, until the jelly is firm.

🍽️ Serving
Carefully turn out onto a serving platter.

Cut into slices or cubes as desired.

Serve chilled, accompanied by a little yogurt smoothie or a drizzle of red fruit coulis for more indulgence.
