Just milk and fruit! A healthy and delicious dessert, without gelatin! Ready in 5 minutes.

Preparation:
Preparation of the fruit:
Peel and cut the mandarins.
Peel and cut the kiwis.
Peel and cut the persimmons.
Peel and cut the grapefruit.
Core and cut the apple.
Peel and cut the banana.
Prepare the agar-agar mixture:
In a small bowl, mix 8 g of agar-agar with 50 ml of water.
Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the agar-agar is completely dissolved.
Mix the dairy products:
Heat 350ml of milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add 200 g of unsweetened condensed milk and boil for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and quickly stir in 200 g of crème fraîche or yoghurt until smooth.
Mix and shape:
Add the dissolved agar-agar mixture to the milk mixture, stirring constantly.
Quickly stir in the prepared fruit to distribute it evenly. Pour the mixture into a mould (about 1.5 litres). Yogurt
Smoothies Cooling:
Store dessert in the refrigerator until completely chilled and firm. Make sure it retains its shape.
Serving:
Once firm, remove from the mold and cut into portions.
