👨‍🍳 Preparation steps
1️⃣ Prepare the endives
Remove the damaged outer leaves, cut the base slightly and cut the heart of each endive to limit the bitterness.

Drizzle them with the lemon juice to prevent oxidation.

2️⃣ Cook the endives
Immerse the endives in a large pot of lightly salted boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender.

Drain them thoroughly, pressing lightly to remove excess water.
