Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
450g dried macaroni
125g salted butter
125g all-purpose
flour 500g milk at room temperature (I use 2% milk, but whole milk will also do)
500g half-and-half cream at room temperature
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
sauce 350g diced Velveeta cheese at room temperature
800g grated sharp cheddar, divided (at room temperature)
1 teaspoon salt
125 g dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon black
pepper A pinch of
nutmeg How to make creamy baked mac and cheese

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Grease a 23 x 33 cm baking dish and set aside.
