Comforting pasta ready in 10 minutes

Ingredients (4 people)
300 g pasta (penne, macaroni or rigatoni)

300 g minced meat (beef or mix)

1 medium onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

400 ml tomato sauce (or crushed tomatoes)

200 ml crème fraîche or béchamel sauce

150–200 g grated cheese (Emmental, mozzarella or mix)

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt, pepper

Spices of your choice: paprika, oregano, herbes de Provence

Preparation
1️⃣ Cook the pasta
Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to the instructions. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the meat sauce
In a hot skillet, add the olive oil.
Sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Add the minced meat, salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
