Ingredients for 4 people

For the chicken with lemon butter and garlic

  • 4 chicken breasts (approximately 150 to 180 g each)
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • The juice of 1 untreated yellow lemon
  • The zest of half a lemon
  • 50g of unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • A few sprigs of fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

For creamy linguine with parmesan

  • 300g of linguine
  • 30 cl of whole liquid cream (or fresh cream)
  • 80g of grated Parmesan cheese, preferably freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt and pepper

Necessary utensils

  • A saucepan for pasta
  • A fine grater (for the lemon zest and the Parmesan cheese)
  • A cutting board
  • A sharp knife
  • A ladle or small bowl for scooping out the pasta cooking water
