CHICKEN CORDON BLEU LASAGNA

Spread 190 ml of the cheese sauce on the bottom of a 23 x 23 cm (9 x 9 inch) baking dish. Arrange 1/3 of the lasagna on top of the sauce and spread half of the cooked chicken and half of the ham over the lasagna. Drizzle 250ml of the sauce over the chicken and ham.

Repeat the layers, starting with half of the remaining lasagna, the rest of the chicken, the rest of the ham, and 250ml of the cheese sauce. Finish by layering the remaining lasagna, remaining sauce, 125 ml Swiss cheese and breadcrumbs; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole is bubbly, about 25 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking until the breadcrumbs are golden brown, about 10 minutes more. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
