Classic Hungarian goulash • Preparation time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
• 1 kg beef for braising (pork knuckle, leg or shoulder)
• 3 large onions
• 2 cloves of
garlic • 3 tablespoons sweet paprika (good quality)
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 2 peppers (1 red, 1 green)
• 400 g potatoes
• 2 fresh tomatoes (or sliced)
• 1 tablespoon lard or oil
• 1 liter beef broth
• Salt and pepper
• Parsley for serving
