Cheeseburger-filled pastries

These little savory turnovers feature seasoned ground beef and melted cheddar, all wrapped in a crescent-shaped puff pastry, creating a fun and portable take on the classic cheeseburger.

Cheeseburger bags

Ingredients
Ground beef – 450 g
Small onion, finely chopped – 1
shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup
Refrigerated crescent roll dough – 1 package (225 g)
Ketchup – 2 tablespoons
Mustard – 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce – 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper – to taste
Olive oil – 1 tablespoon

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven and prepare the pan.
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2: Sauté the onions and beef.
Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until soft and translucent. Add the ground beef, crumbling it as it cooks. Continue cooking for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Drain off excess fat.
