Ingredients:
250 ml milk
250 ml flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
Vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
Steps:
Special flourStep 1: Combine the milk, egg, vanilla, sugar, and oil in a bowl. Beat well.
Step 2: Sift the flour and salt into another bowl.
Step 3: Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture and beat until smooth.
Step 4: Let stand for 30 minutes.
Step 5: Heat a frying pan with a little oil and pour in the mixture until the bottom is covered.
Step 6: When the pancake comes out easily, turn it over to brown it on the other side.
Step 7: Repeat with the remaining mixture.
