👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Meat Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and sausage until browned.
Add onion and garlic; sauté 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in marinara, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Simmer 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2️⃣ Prepare the Creamy Layer
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic powder until smooth.
3️⃣ Assemble the Lasagna
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Layer as follows:
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on bottom.
Add 4 lasagna noodles.
Spread ⅓ of creamy cheese mixture.
Add ⅓ of meat sauce.
Sprinkle mozzarella.
Repeat layers two more times. Finish with mozzarella on top.
4️⃣ Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
5️⃣ Rest & Serve
Let stand 10–15 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with parsley or basil.
