🍰 No-Bake Peanut Butter Éclair Cake

✅ Ingredients:
1 package graham crackers (or butternuts)

2 cups (500 mL) whole milk

1 package (120 g) instant vanilla pudding (unbaked)

1 cup (240 mL) creamy peanut butter

1 can (225 g) cream cheese (such as Philadelphia), softened

1 cup (250 mL) whipped cream (or homemade Whipped Cream)

1 cup (180 g) dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup (120 mL) whipping cream (for ganache)

🧁 Preparation:

Place a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of a rectangular pan (about 20×20 cm).

Peanut butter cream:

In a bowl, whisk the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.

Add the instant pudding and milk, whisk until the mixture thickens.

Gently fold in the whipped cream.

Mounting:

Pour half of the cream over the cookies.

Add another layer of cookies.

Spread the rest of the cream, then a final layer of cookies.
